Wireless modem from MTN.I have a problem that it shows full signal and on EDGE but I can not even open my e-mails. It is so slow that it takes about 3 hours to respond. I phoned the customer call centre various time to complain but with no help and no response. Is it right that we pay for a service we don't get. I pay R320.00 a month for something I can not use. Is this the service we can expect from a leader in cellphones? should I rather go to Vodacom or Cell C. Can someone help me please!!! I am on my first 6 months of my contract and n if it continue this way, are going to cancel my wireless modem.
