Cybersmart
No Internet, no refund

Stay clear of Cybersmart, they kept on charging me for my Internet even though my download speed was less than 5% of what they agreed to in our contract. Not only did they charge me for one month, but they make you wait for months while they "fix" it, and then when you finally realise they aren't going to honour their side of the contract and ask them to cancel the service, then they keep charging you until the end of the next calendar month.
