Disappointing service

I have been using MTN services since 2007. I am really disappointed with the quality of service that I am receiving recently. I bought USB modem last year. The signal at the time was working properly and I was able to connect to the Internet. Towards the end of the year the quality of the signal started to weaken and continued to weaken to the point where I no longer receive any signal anymore. I have called MTN service centre regarding this and I have been getting different kinds of feedback which I feel was just their way of delaying so that they don't have to come and properly check what is really wrong. Eventually it was concluded that there was no signal at my area and that they will send a technician over to come and check what is wrong. I was told that the technician will be at my place within 10 working day. The date expired last week and still no one has been to my place. I feel that when a client makes a complaint the service provider should do a follow up to check if the complaint has been attended to and whether the client is happy with the service or not. To me it seems like as long as they are getting my money every month, then they dont care about me at all.
