Bad Service VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

On 1/3/13 I visited Vodashop/Vodacare Shop 50 In the mall to upgrade from the Blackberry 8520 to the 9360 in WHITE. I received my phone on that day, Took it home 2 days later found a picture in the library dated November 2012. I called the store and was advised to bring it back for OBF assessment. The phone was sent for an OBF (2nd visit) and a week later I was told to collect a new phone, I got there (3rd visit) and they said there was no stock and they would order. My (4th visit) to get the phone, I was told that the white phone is being discontinued and I would HAVE to settle for black, That wasn't per agreement when contract was signed. The consultant didn't know about the discontinuation until that morning (15/3/13) lack of knowledge on products. On my (5th trip) back I unhappily settled for the black as I was told they couldn't source the phone elsewhere being a franchise or match the package with another white phone. The Black phone's speaker now doesn't work (a lot of distortion) this will then be my 6th trip back! That is not right as a customer I am very unhappy/fraustrated/annoyed with the poor service provided to me I'm suppose to come first and not be dictated to
