Holding on for Hours and no Clieent service

About 2 weeks ago i took out a new Contract with Cell C Direct. And i also upgraded my other Contract with them to the new Nokia Lumina 920. So the Lady told me they are waiting for stock, but i will receive the Lumina with my new S3 in about 7 working days.
So i got my S3 last week on 22/02/2013 and i thought i will probably receive the Lumina this week. So i tried phoning Cell C Direct yesterday for hours, but to no avail. Finally this morning 01/03/2013 i got through and the lady told me that there was no upgrade done on my other line... I was told she we mail the upgrade department to give me a call so that i can upgrade. After i talked to her, i tried phoning 084 145. Nobody answered or helped me. After waiting exactly for 55min so that a consultant can help, i put the phobe down. I tried again for 5 more times, everytime waiting between 30-56min. But all i hear is this irritating music playing.
I am so dissapointed in Cell C. They have no customer service and i am really thinking about cancelling my contract and trying a different service provider.
