A while ago (about a month ago) a lady from Vodacom's call center called me about an additional data package for my Blackberry. According to her I pay for using e-mails and such but I have BIS?.. That was around the end of January. The weekend after she phoned me I went to the Vodacom at the Garden Route Mall in George to cancel it - the money was still debited from my account... They didn't even know about this package or who the lady was. I WANT EVERYONE AT VODACOM TO PLEASE NEVER EVER EVER PHONE ME ABOUT ANYTHING AGAIN - IF I WANTED AN ADDITIONAL PRODUCT I WOULD HAVE ASKED FOR IT - COMPANIES DON'T KNOW WHAT US CLIENTS NEED - WE CAN THINK FOR OURSELVES!!!

Recently I found out that I will be leaving the country very soon meaning that I will need to cancel my contract as I cannot use it outside SA and I will NOT pay for something that I am not using! I e-mailed them twice last week or the week before that and I still haven't heard a thing - no e-mail or phone call. This is very hard to understand as I am on time and loyal with my monthly payments and I have renewed and upgraded my contract?! Is it really so much to ask you for assistance and help???
