Lost of income for two days because of Altech Auto

They cancelled my Sim card because they received a email. No email was sent as this is a business phone and my income. When i spoke to Carmen my reference number 239665 she confirm it was there fault and can not find any email that was sent. I lost a income of R49000.00 for clients that could not get hold of me sins the 12/03 up to now. all the lady said we do apologised as the fault was on there side. who will rein-burst me for my lost of income. I hear lost of people complaining even there branches complaining about head office doing this to clients.
