Double debited my account
Failed to honour requests sent on numerous occasions via email or telephone with a supervisor
Cellc incorrectly allocated payments and made me amend their error
No apology or form of compensation as a sign of goodwill for a longstanding customer
Requested they refund the double debit (28 February 2013) and since then no assistance
Instead they allocated the funds to my March instalment
Failure to send monthly statements since October 2012
They debited my acoount without my permission - did it in the past so I changed payment to manual
Having to speak to different people and explain ones self each time. Requests never honoured! Cut my line due their error and make me fix it and no thank you or sign of goodwill
