9 Times send proof of payment - still not fixed!!!

Good day,

Its with a very sorrow hart that I have to send this. I have been a client for many years!!!

I paid Autopage R1250 on the 31 Dec 2012. On the 4th of February I got a sms that this amount is outstanding. I emailed proof of payment to Autopage. Autopage say: "Your debit order has been rejected so the account has NOT BEEN PAID". This is not the case. I do not pay my account via debit order - I pay it with EFT. Therefor the amount is paid!!! Since the 4th Feb - I have received so many sms's that my account is in arrears. My line has been disconnected because of it. I have mailed proof of payment thru 9 time - AND STILL NO JOY!!!

AND YOU KNOW WHAT... IT STILL SHOW THAT MY DEBIT ORDER HAS BEEN REJECTED!!!

This does not only cost me time to sort out this problem but also loads and loads of money to phone you the whole time to rectify it!!

I am sick of this.
