Its comes to my attention that autopage has suspended my account on my contract for a non payment of a monthly instalment and insurance claim billing. HOWEVER what me off is that i was never made aware i was suppose to pay for the insurance cliam.i recieved a phone after i claimed and no one mentioned the excess amount.i refuse to pay this amount cause i am not obliged too because it was never agreed upon and i never recieved this contract in writing. AGAIN i called in to make arrangements for my MAY billing but im told my acount wilL still be suspended., PREVIOUSLY I WAS ASSISTED BUT WHAT HAS CHANGED NOW.SUSPEND MY ACCOUNT AND THE OMBUDSMAN WILL DEAL WITH YOU FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT .I WAS WARNED BOUT YOU BUT I STILL GAVE YOU THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT.IF NOTHING IS DONE BY CLOSE OF DAY TODAY IL CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AND STOP PAYING AND IF YOU LIST MY NAME ON ITC I WILL GO AS FAR AS USING AFRICAN SCIENCE.
