I applied for an upgrade of my current phone to an iPhone 5. I was contacted by Abel from a call centre. He processed my application on 29/01/13. He explained what documents I required when they delivered my phone and explained that they only had white phones in stock, I said that was fine. He then confirmed that my phone would be delivered soon. I followed up on the delivery on Thursday 31 January and was informed by the call centre that nothing had been done on my upgrade and that there was no stock available. I was informed that Abel would call me back. Nothing happened so I emailed (1 February) Shareeka Dickenson, whose email details I received when I sent my order. She apologised and said that Abel would contact me soon to sort this out. To date I have had absolutely no feedback on this matter. I have emailed Shareeka Dickenson to follow up on this, to no avail! (her telephone details aren't apparently available to the public and to try to get hold of Abel in the call centre doesn't work). I would like someone at MTN to PLEASE sort this out! I have been a customer with MTN since 1999 and aAt this stage is am sorely tempted to move all my contracts from MTN to another supplie
