No loan unit! Phone broken 4th time!!

My BB 9300 scroll pad / button is broken again (the scroll just hops up & down). This will be the 4th time it goes in for repairs. Out of the 7 months I have had this contract the phone has been in for repairs for 3 month! I really feel this in itself is unacceptable (my phone keeps being refurbished). My problem is that I use my 2 Cell C contracts for business purposes. My phone is of extreme importance to the day to day managing of what I do. Cell C Weskus Mall has now informed that I will not be given a loan unit as they have none in stock and should they find me one it won't be a unit that can use the internet or whatsapp (so so so many of my clients use email and whatsapp as a means of communication). I feel that the fact that my phone has broken again is ridiculous (the SAME problem as all 3 times before) but the fact that I cannot be provided a phone that is internet capable etc is even more atrocious! I feel I am being inconvenience for the 4th time in such a short period and no-one is helping me. I am appalled at the service I have been given. After waiting for 20 mins the call centre says they can't help me, a manager will have to call back... PLEASE ASSIST ME!
