Totally Fed up with ADSL line problems at my home

I report Telkom line faults 2 to 3 times a month and Telkom can verify this on their system. I am fed up with the line having problems on a weekly basis. This entire holiday period the ADSL has been intermittent. Today it was so bad it has been on and off every few minutes. I tried to log a call earlier via 3G connection and their website was also problematic. We run a home office and Telkom is destroying us. I am so desperate but we unfortunately don't have any competition to Telkom in South Africa. All I want is for them to analyse the problem and solve it once and for all. We still have to pay the full service cost every month. They're in the Telecoms business for goodness sake, why can't they get their core business service right. I am crying out for someone at Telkom to take this matter seriously and get it sorted out. It amazes me how ignorant they can be to their customer's dissatisfaction.
