3 weeks ago i wrote a complain to MTN which i was promised that it will be attended to but its been 2 weeks now and no response.
still when i call the call centre 808 i get told the same thing over and over again by your incompetent employees.
i am now thinking of talking legal action against MTN because now its almost been two months since i have been told the same thing over and over again for the money which was taken out of my bank account for the number which is not mine,

See below what i got as a respond from my 1st complain of which even today it hasn't been attended to.
