Sent my phone for repairs 1 May 2013. Still waiting! Was told initially 6-10 working days. I was never phoned by Vodcom Cresta saying my phone was there, but I had to give go-ahead for quotation. I did, but yet still waiting. Have been there numerous times, asking when it would be ready. Saturday again I as told they would phone on Monday to ask, because the system showed repairs not done yet. I made it very clear that I need the phone by LATEST Tuesday afternoon as I am flying out of the country Tuesday evening and need my phone. The only response I get every time is 'sorry'. Unacceptable for a phone sent in on 1 May.

If they could not fix the phone, they should have said so from the beginning! I would not have sent it in had I known it would take that long!
