2 Weeks waiting on application

Hello Peter.

I have applied for a deal from MTN online for a Samsang Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000G with a 2gig data bundle. I was told that delivery will be made the next Monday, she took my current address and contact number for the delivery. I only found out that I needed to send them more information when I called them because of a second deal that I wanted to make.

After sending them all information (3 month bank statement, resent payslip, copy of ID and a proof or residence) that they requested after 3 days of our first telephone conversation.

This process has now been running back and forth for the past week and a half. Im very disappointed with the way this is being handled since if been a owner for the past 5 years of a 083... number.

They have phoned me a few time in the mean time asking me stupid question that they could just get of my bankstatements and repeated some of the questions that they asked me on previous phone calls.

Please help me sort this out. Im fed up with this constant struggle the past 2 weeks.
