Incompetent and untrustworthy

Here is the story:

We enquired about a car Kia Rio to be specific, apparently it was/is a 2012 model and have not even received the pictures and the information on the car, but what grinds my a bit is the fact that they are giving us misleading information. the manager of the branch told my husband that the deal has been approved and they will be delivering the car apparently some time last week. Xolani whom I believe is a sales person told me a different story about the bank, apparently they wanted a latest payslip and they did not accept electronic form of payslip, and I told him that I asked my employer (based in Pta) to send the payslip by post and have been waiting for it since 2 weeks ago, then the very same sales person asked for a 3months bank statement since I did not yet receive the payslip, of which I submitted to him. now they have just been quiet and one doesn't even know what is actually going on with the deal. communication would be highly appreciated, so that one can work on plan B should this deal be unsuccessful.
