I went to MtnAlex to apply for a wireless router when this kgaogelo pule manipulated me into getting a sale for himself. I wanted a uncapped 3gig when he said I qualify for a 2gig because I am not earning enough. After that when MtnAlex approved my application he had the nerve to hand over my application to another sales person because he wanted to go home when this lady closed the deal. After that none of them didn't explain to me that my contract for the 2gig starts on the 13th of march and that this "pro rata" will be from my own pocket.. Now I have used the router and it has accumulated to -2500 that I must pay. That sales guy didn't even show me how to connect the router which is absolutely appaling. I called Mtn and explained to them and they agree that this was service, they also told me I could've asked to have a 3rd party pay slip to assist in getting me this UNCAPPED wireless router from the start. Now I have a big bill to pay where as I earn peanuts. If they can charge me that much on what I'm earning they could have just given me a uncapped router that I wanted. I am not going to pay for this because I was not told about anything concerning this pro rata.
