Cell C's poor customer service

I have previously booked in my blackberry as I had problem with the battery life. Besides having to book the phone in twice and dealing with the arrogant unhelpful staff, I am not still having the same issue with the phone. I put the phone on charge and without even using the phone, its battery dies within the next 2-3 hours.

I am tired of dealing with cellc and want a reasonable solution to my problem.

Prompt response would be highly appreciated.
