Closed my MPESA account illegally

Can you believe this??? I have been using MPESA to pay other people and all of suddden Vodacom closed my account without valid reasons, the call centre can't explain to me excaclty what happend??? offfff. I need answers now!!! The person I was suppose to pay does not trust me anymore, my reputation is goe! Bad
