Cell C
Eplaced phone blocked

In November 2012 I took my Phone to a Cell-C. It was not working any more. This phone was still under warrantee (guarantee). After 3 weeks I had to phone around for days to try and find out what's going on with my phone. I was then informed that my phone cannot be fixed and will be replaced. When I went to pick it up I was supplied with a refurbished phone. In other words with someone else's phone that has been repaired. Now I have been stuck with a phone for more than a week that says "no service currently available", if I try to phone. No one can phone me. I have tried to phone the customer service department on numerous occasions only to hold on the line forever and listening to the stupid song, without any help. I took it to a cell phone repair shop and the technician said without even looking at the phone that my phone is blocked. My phone bill is paid by debit order, so there is no way that I have not paid it. Did Cell-C give me a phone? The replacement phone has battery life for half a day only. I demand that Cell-C replace my phone with a new phone. Last week was my birthday and all my friends and family could not get hold of me. 0748379788
