ADSL speeds not what I was promised

Having recenly opened a telkom account, I puchased a 5gig data bundle on a 1meg line.

Having run multiple [URL Removed] tests, the maximum I am getting out of my line is between 400 and 600 kbps.

When I phone to complain, they ask me to reset the router, and then tell me that everything is fine on their side!

THis is getting totally unacceptable!
