MTN continues to dissapoint

I am a new customer to MTN and I am just disappointed with the after sales service of MTN, after my phone was in for a hardware repair quote and it cost almost as much as the phone. Anyway, when i got the phone back, they upgraded the operating system to one that doesn't work well with the phone. Yesterday (12/03/2013) I when to MTN Menlyn and the store is supposed to close at 7PM and they locked their doors at @ 6:47pm, and the 2 employees inside refused to let me in after I had to rush from work just to get there before 7pm.

After so much disappointment (received the phone late, not repairing the phone under warranty, bad attitude from mtn employees and closing early) I would not recommend MTN to anyone.
