I applied for an ADSL with the promise that it will be installed within 7 days. This was over a month ago. I had to give my correct address to around 8 different people and still no luck. I can get nothing but empty promises. From the call center to the website, it just gets worse and worse. The final straw was when a call center agent said she could not put me through to her supervisor or take a message because they were offline. I had to call back to speak to her manager once they were online again. Insisting she takes a message she decided to rather put the phone down one me. This is after I have already left a message for the supervisor earlier. This call center agent also insists that she does not know the number of her head office but telling me I am more than welcome to phone 1023 to get it? She talks down to me after on more than one occasion I asked her not to talk to me like I am an. I am the customer, the customer should be respected. Goodness if it is this hard to get the line installed what will happen once it is in and you actually do not need to convince me to become your customer anymore???
