Still Waiting for my ADSL line

One month ago, I ordered an ADSL line to be installed at my house. It finally came to be installed last Tuesday (a month later). However, when I connect, there is no connection. I contacted call center and am informed that my line is for a voice line and not for an ADSL line. They asked if they can upgrade it for me, I said sure. They placed the order Tuesday and was told it would take up to 72hrs from there. I contacted Call center Wednesday and my order was still not placed. They placed another order. I called again now on Saturday and was told that my order was not placed, it would most likely go through on Monday and take up to 7 working days. This is absolutely ridiculous. I can't keep spending money calling the call center with no joy whatsoever. Telkom's service delivery is an absolute joke and I have to wait approximately 5-6 weeks to have an internet connection?
