Terrible service!

Besides being unhappy with the product I have purchased, what I would really like to highlight is the absolute terrible service I have been subjected to since I have taken the so called "good deal".
My number was switched over on a Friday afternoon. After phoning call center after call center to figure out what was going on (started with MTN who referred me to Nashua who then referred me to RMCS.)
Great - 6pm Friday afternoon i get a message that the call center is only open until 5pm. NOT happy about this but still patient. Next day call again and use up R60 airtime hearing the message "Your call is important to us, please hold! ". Had to hang up due to no airtime left.
Monday - hold on again for 10 minutes when i finally get an agent. Log a call and he responds that he will get someone to get back to me.
Friday - still nothing! Hang on again for 10 minutes and the response is that someone did call me this monrning but i was unavailable - lie.
Speak to supervisor who responds that they will have to get someone to get back to me. Promises me today - yeah right!!
RMCS - Realize what good practice is in a call center and don't sell stupid services! (Even if convenient)
