Vodacom is ripping me off!!!

I have been with vodacom since 2000.i have 2 BB contracts, my 4month old bold 9790 was taken in for repairs, freezing, scroll button faulty, when someone calls i cant see who it is, LCD was messing, sunday it got worse, with a black screen and white lines, stil under warranty, now im charged for R 1779! job number is 8676654. I have never claimed anything, always paid on time, why can it not be replaced? if this is the case il cancel my other contract as well as I expected more! my cell bills are over 1k per month, which I pay, this is so disgusting!
