Enough is enough!

Got a new phone. had problems from day one. I took it back and they told me to keep it over the weekend to see if it comes right. I then brought it back and a lady told me the battery was over heating due to me texting all day! but how? this happened when I first got the phone, after a huge argument they eventually took my phone in saying it will take 7 days to check it and so on. 9 days later I am still without a phone and now after having to call them, they tell me it could take up to 21 days! I came to cell c thinking they would be better than Nashua mobile but unfortunately I found myself dissapointed with the way I have been treated in store as well as having been to. I was told if within 7 days my phone has a problem I need to bring it in and it will be replaced.
