I would also like a description of each part indicating physical damage and how physical damage in determined. i would like to inform you once again that this phone is one and a half months old. there is not one scratch or dent on the phone as it was hardly used. call after 17:00 . as per my first report not one reply. Just checking the repairs form that was filled in. under external damage check list lens-f/cover-b/cover-keypad-(damaged) notes scratches. There is not 1 scratch back cover and front cover is fine and the keypad must i even say not even a mark. is this the type of business your company would like to conduct.
