VODACOM IS ALL ABOUT MONEY AND NO SERVICE!

Imagine this! this is my 3rd report on vodacom! now they want to give me a 150 Rand discount on my BB 9790 that is 4 months old. NO ONE told me the 2 year warranty doesnt cover physical damage or water damage, my phone did not get wet nor was it flipping thrown! the cost will now be 1670! these people are a rip off and all about making money! please please please all users do not take out vodacom contracts!!!
THE national consumer protection act states that you shoud be explained what you are signing for, when i booked the phone in for a service no one said anything about physical damage, the LCD is cracked, i had problems with the back light and scroller, they just said please initial and sign and thats it!!!
