On the 21st February 2013, I went to the Fourways Mall outlet of Vodacom and requested that I wanted to migrate from Talk 200 to Talk 500. This was done, I signed the contact and was told that this migration would take place on the 28th February 2013. This was not done and I've been phoning every day up to 5 times a day to try to resolve this matter. I was told that the migration had not been done, but that it will only now be activated on the 1st April. This is totally unacceptable as I need my phone to do my business which is in real estate. I have asked that I be compensated for the airtime as the error is on Vodacom's side. Every time that I have phoned, I have spoken to several people in the customer care centre, I'm told that someone will contact me to resolve this problem. It is now the 13th March and no such representative of Vodacom has contacted me. As a very loyal client, I feel that the treatment that I've received and the way this whole affair has been handled is shoddy to say the least and leaves a very bad taste in my mouth.
