My 65 year old mother has been with Autopage since the dawn of Cell phone technology, about a year ago they released her details to a subsidiary company which sold her a completely new contract which she misunderstood as a contract upgrade - it was eventually all sorted out but my mother no longer trusted the organisation and changed her payment structure from a debit order to an online EFT structure. Since this change we have received constant letters, sms's and threats stating that she will be cut off, and EVERY few months we send through the proof of payment and they go quite again.

I eventually took this process over for fear of my mothers sanity and health, only to be sucked back into the same PATHETIC system. You make an online payment, and still get threatening SMS's

But wait, the plot thickens... when you try and phone the accounts department to sort it out for the umpteenth time do you get apologies, do you get assistance, no you get told to FAX IT THROUGH, so which is it Autopage, one minute email is fine the next one must use a fax - and when you start getting angry - GUESS WHAT - they SLAM the phone down on you

Maybe I should send carrier pigeons...
