Closing the store before the provided time

My friend & i went to Debonairs Randburg square, we were so shocked to find the store closed at 8:40 with some of the employees leaving the store. We asked for the manager (Monique Maphosa) from one of the employees to enquire about the store been closed at 8:40 while it should close at 21:00. it took the manager (Monique Maphosa) about 15 cold minutes standing outside that felt like 3 long hours for her to come & hear our problem & after asking her about the operating hours she informed us that they close the doors early for them to switch off the stove & clean their equipment. I was so disgusted about the service & her response to the matter as some of the employees were so excited so that they couldn't stop singing in our faces while that could have been the perfect time for them to do what they are paid to do which is to make pizzas & leave singing to those who can. Do Debonairs employees go to work for them to clean & to knock off early instead of assisting clients..please this is so unacceptable i demand better service than this, i honestly can't understand why is it that i have to beg an employee to do what they are paid to do.
