Worst service EVER!

I recently upgraded to a sony experia (recomended by sales person) I had the phone for two weeks when it just died! "Sudden death" as its found on the internet, I was told my phone will be back within 7 to 14 working days, todat A MONTH AND TWO DAYS later after numerous calls and run around given by vodacom I receive a msg stating my phn is ready for collection. As I work late this is an inconvenience and I had to take off early to make sure I get there before closing time. When I got to the shop I was greeted by a sign SORRY WE CLOSE AT 16:00 today? Why then send me a msg to go collect my phone!!! This is a waste of my time and then the staff sit inside smiling and laughing while I'm standing outside! Then some guy opens the door, I inform him about my phn and he gives me a sarcastic smile and says sorry for you. Then when I get upset he dares to tell me to keep quiet? He doesn't care if I have an issue or if I'm rude I won't get my phone and that's that! What service is this? First about repair times then screwing you around when you get there! Quick to take you're money each month but a DON'T CARE attitude when you need something! No wonder the logo is red! Its FRUSTRATION
