Cell c - worst service received

I sent my bb9300 in 4 service 5weeks ago, i ws promised dat i would receive my phone within 2 weeks by autopage lenasia. I have called cell c h/o for the past 3weeks n nobody knows the status of the rdpair. They promised me that someone 4rm repairs will contact me and im stil waiting. Today i ws promised a superior or manager would contact me and im stil waiting. wish i had a clear indication of how long it wud tke me b4 i rcve my phne. Worst service rcvd ever!
