Cell C does not bother to contact me as promised

Reported Cell C on Hello Peter, got a generic response which promised that an agent would be contacting me - STILL waiting for the call. I am unable to get ANY names or contact details for any management or responsible person at Cell C. Its as if they are unaccountable to their customers.

DISGUSTING need to know how to go about cancelling all my business with Cell C
