Worst customer service that i have experience eve

Thank u for not responding to my previous query's as promised on your auto reply message (24 to 72 hours).
I called in again with the query this morning and what happened the guy puts me on hold for 10 min while i am busy explaining to him my problem and then he puts down the phone . i also have the recording if u want it u can clearly hear the guy breathing in the background before putting down the phone. I just want to tell u that cell c has the worst customer service that i have experience in a long time my ref for my contract that is stil showing 'Validating Order Details' after they told me on Thursday that it is approved is SPI004369207
