NO SERVICE & STILL CHARGE

I have had several issues with my new contract. Technical department at CellC confirmed that they had blackberry services system issues for - 2 1/2 weeks, my calls also dropped etc. I requested to be credited for this period but nobody takes responsibility or even bother to call me to get this sorted.

I have made a HUGE mistake to go with CellC. I have called them several times and now I have the same issues again!!!
