Reluctance to take a default listing off of ITC

I've paid my Vodacom account in full a year ago. Vodacom have sent me a letter to confirm that the account has been paid in full. I have also received a letter from Hammond Pole & Dixon Attorneys confirming that the account has been paid in full. Their legal department have refused to contact the ITC to remove the default from my name.
The account no is: QV453109-7

i need the situation to be rectified immediatley in order for me to move on with my live.
