DEFAULT JUDGEMENT FOR PAID ACCOUNT

Good day I would like to know how you are able to put a default judgement on an account after it is paid i full??? My account was put on default judgement on 6/8/2011, but the account was paid in full in July 2011. We have proof of numerous correspondense and payments made.
