PAID UP IN FULL BUT STILL BLACKLISTED

I had a contract with Vodacom which I unfortunately fell in arrears with. I made payment arrangements and paid the outstanding balance up in full as well as the remaining months charges to come. this was done in December 2012 when the contract was only due to be paid up in May 2013. On my ITC report it states that I am still listed even though the account is paid up in full. I spoke to a lady by the name of Yvonne from Vodacom legal contact centre department and she said they will not remove my listing until two years have passed. My financial situation has increasingly gotten worse due to Vodacoms listing where I feel that they are unfair. I want something to be done about this. I am now a very unhappy customer!
