INCOMPETENT CONSULTANTS AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been a client of MTN for more than 10 yrs. I have had 3 contracts with them. This year has been nothing but a mess from when I upgraded in Jan. My BIS wasn't cancelled when I took a Samsung for 4 months I have been billed for BIS. I have never skipped any payments on the account. But because I made a cash payment twice because my debit order bounced I was told i owed double what my instalments are. I paid that but was told that my account was still behind. I have called the call centre to query this but have been given so many reasons why that's the case. I called again in July to ask them to re instate the debit order and they said that was done and sent me an sms. This morning I got an sms that my line has been suspended I called them only to find that there's no debit order yet I requested it be instated. No one can explain how its gone to cash again. I'm so fed up with MTN it has the worse customer service. I cant wait till my contract expires so I can join another network.
