Why does certain call center agents tell me my phone will not be covered by Cell C for repairs and others tell me that Cell C is obligated to cover the repair?
Clearly you guys dont know whats going on because your agents are giving people conflicting information about the same issue.
Cell C, your new slogan should be The Micky Mouse network because that is exactly what your are... USELESS!!!
And by the way, thanks so much for returning my UNREPAIRED phone with a damaged battery.
South Africa will be better off without your useless network. Just disappear and give someone else a chance please. You will be doing us all a huge favour.
