LINE SUSPENDED DUE TO GET IT & SUBS PAID MONTHLY

Once again I'm waisting my time to write a Complaint where no one helps you!! I still have not heared from GET IT, no refund of payments requested since July / August last year. Because of that so called " ARREARS" I cant use my line for outgoing calls, But I must pay MY MONTHLY SUBS of R125.p/m??? How Disgusting, to pay for nothing & still pay for a separate sim card which cost more money & i'm a single mom, who cares right?? I think I should contact the Consumer/customer Protection Act people maybe they can get through. when you call cell c customer service they cant transfer you to get it because your line is suspended, thats not service. This is the worst services I have ever experienced in my life & want to cancel cell c! my contract is only 7 months old. How Many COMPLAINTS do you to send to GET A POSITIVE OUTCOME HUH? Can someone who actually cares about Their client base HELP!! all this is wasted time in MY LUNCH HOUR Every call takes forever & i Dont get through.
Just so cell c knows I am NOT paying GET IT any further funds, only my monthly fee of R125.00p/m, Depending on outcome of this complaint or will have to consult an attorney in this matter.
