Really Autopage? Is this service???

I requested an updgrade online at the beginning of February. Today is the 12 March, and i still do not have the phone. I am beyond even trying to speak to your incompetent staff, nobody returns my calls. This is my absolute last attempt at sorting this out. otherwise i demand you cancel the contract so i can get service elsewhere. i have made at least 15 calls over the past month and a half and keep getting promised that the phone will be delivered. I spoke with Klaus last Tuesday who promised me that the phone would be delivered and that i would be contacted to arrange delivery, i am still waiting. Nobody ever gets back to me, and i am just sick and tired of running after you. I cant even call this service failure, because you have no idea what service is. I have been a loyal Autopage client for 12 years, very quickly coming to an end. THIS IS PATHETIC!!!
