More bad service and incorrect billing

So i think this is the 4th complaint logged against 8ta. I have yet to recieve feedback for my previous complaint. When i opened the contract with them over a year ago, i allocated a specific number which suppose to be a free call up to 30 minutes. In December i decided to activate itemised billing on my account and realised they were still billing me for this number? I requested them to check their records as i called in to allocate this number within a week of opening my contracts. I also requested the check all calls made to this number and refund me accordingly. Instead i recieved an email stating the free number has been allocated to my contract?? It was done over a YEAR ago!!! i have responded at least 3 or 4 times to the email adress and to date nobody has responded to me. I have had so many billing issues with 8ta it is shocking now i feel like i am being robbed again! How can you bill me for a number that was suppose to be free? as per your service agreement? I requested records from a week after the contract opened and calls be listened to which will reflect the number being allocated. To date this has been ignored and they are not responding!
