I sent a complaint via email to them as my payments were not being allocated. i faxed them my proof of payments. my credit limit is R900, the last time i bough on the account was December. every month i have made a payment. i have not skipped a payment once. Regardless of WHERE ALL MY MONEY WENT FROM DECEMBER 2012 TO JULY 2013. i paid R400 in 06 just so i can get the acc settled and cancel it completely.

12/07/2013 @ 3.14pm i get an sms 'Dear Customer, we've received your proof of payment of R150 made on the R10/05. R200 made on the 26/06 and R200 made on the 27/06/2013. your payments will be allocated on your account. kind regards. ackermans!

Today 19/07/2013, i receive a email response providing me with my statements for month 06 and 07.
Outstanding Balance R870.19

Clearly correspondence with their agents are useless. in turn, ackermans have been my money for almost a year now and painting my name black at the credit bureau.

If someone does not fix this fast, i will seek legal assistance
