Monies not allocated after 2 months

I phoned this morning since our monies have still not been allocated to our account two months after making payment. After holding for more than 20 minutes I received bad attitude and unwillingness to help from Thebogo. When I asked him to repeat himself he dropped the phone in my ear. We need this money allocated ASAP. This is rediculous.
