Still Nothing Done even after posting on Hello Pet

After my last report (26 February2013) I was sent a response from Cell C via Hello Peter and was told someone would contact me. They contacted me on 27 February via email (Responsible person Ntebaleng). I replied to the email via the address given [Email Removed] and was sent an automated response guaranteeing that someone would get back with a written response within 48 hours. It has been five working days and I still have not heard ANYTHING back from ANYONE at Cell C. My phone is still not working (Ref number 130214000, logged on the 14th FEBRUARY by Buhle!)

What is going on? Why is no one getting back to me with this problem and yet I am still paying for the contract I have been unable to use properly for more than a month? I realize that maybe you tried to contact me by phone but MY PHONE ISN'T WORKING!!! I cannot connect to the Cell C network. Will someone please fix this!!!

And don't send me another form to fill in since that clearly isn't helping, I have filled in the form twice already (check with Jennifer or Lucia at the Hatfield Branch since I went in 4 times last month) and given all the details over the phone (1749496; TT1, 745 385
