Telkom cannot provide services promised

New business installation on 08-02-2013. Lines were totally mixed up, 1 landline not connected, ADSL disfunctional. Johan van Loggerenberg was able to sort out the lines on 09-03-2013, well done Johan, after 2 other technicians were totally incapable and actually ran away from the problem. I am billed R2215 for services not rendered, including installation. On 11-03-2013 ADSL was functional for 2 hours then crashed - reported #551992267 at 08:00 refers. Area problem apparently. "Will be sorted in 4 hours". Called at 17:00 to be told it was a line problem and not area, techs would only sort out in the morning!!! Tried to get ADSL indoor transfer Impossible because of oustanding balance! This according to Yolandi (very helpfull - tahnk you) told to log a dispute with accounts. To Charmaine (terrible attitude) ref #26837864. She gives me feedback as per the technicians totally contradictory to my experiences and does not listen. Xlolani, at customer service, also useless. Trying to run a business is impossible without ADSL and no-one that can help! I have called at least 25 times in the last 2 weeks with no luck. Do I need to pay a bribe first? Just asking! Wake up Telkom!!
